I  assigned to a windows 7 migration project.My role is to migrate OS  (including refersh/replacement senarios)

i would like to use MDT 2010 for this project
my question is how i can do capturing and restoring in using USMT and MDT tools.It should be maximum automated.
if any one telling briefly about this process i will be glad
